Legal & Operational Governance

To facilitate verified agricultural commodity procurement, commercial escrow settlements, and road freight haulage across Zambian transport corridors, we collect and process the following categories of information:

• Enterprise Identity & Contact Credentials: Registered business name, PACRA business registration numbers, proprietor/contact person names, official business emails, and verified mobile numbers (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel).
• Regulatory Due Diligence Documents: Valid National Registration Cards (NRC) or Passports, ZRA Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TPIN), agricultural producer cooperative credentials, and physical depot coordinates.
• Fleet & Transporter Telemetry: Vehicle registration white books, RTSA commercial fitness documentation, driver licensing, cargo tonnage capacities, and real-time geographic GPS positioning coordinates.
• Transaction & Escrow Logs: Inbound checkout references, payment gateway transaction references, disbursement identifiers, mobile money phone numbers, order invoices, and physical loading/delivery digital signatures.

All registered commercial transporters and drivers operating on the JNK Core network are mandated to utilize the official JNK Transporter Android Mobile App.

• Zero Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, broker, or disclose enterprise buyer lists, supplier volume indices, or carrier contact details to third-party marketing entities.
• End-to-End Cryptographic Protection: All database communications and cloud storage archives operate under modern SSL/TLS encryption and strict Firebase IAM security rules.
• Local Device Cache Architecture: Store search exploration and user browsing histories are cached locally on client devices via HTML5 LocalStorage, preserving user anonymity and minimizing external telemetry queries.

All transactions executed across the platform adhere to a transparent, pre-disclosed fee matrix:

Under no circumstances are client funds paid directly to an individual supplier before physical consignment completion. Upon checkout:

• Stage 1 (Deposit & Lock): Client funds are captured securely into JNK Core's segregated custodial escrow account.
• Stage 2 (Fulfillment Verification): The supplier stages the batch at depot; the transporter performs physical verification and loads; cargo travels under active corridor monitoring.
• Stage 3 (Handshake Release): Once the consignee conducts physical inspection and confirms satisfaction, administrative sign-off triggers automated disbursement via payment gateway to the supplier's mobile wallet.

• Pre-Acceptance Order Cancellation: If a supplier declines an order or fails to review a request within 48 hours, 100% of the consignment amount is automatically restored or refunded.
• Physical Batch Rejection (Non-Conforming Goods): In the event delivered commodities fail verified specifications (e.g., moisture content exceeding threshold, unagreed foreign matter, rot/spoilage), escrow funds remain frozen until an authorized JNK field officer inspects the consignment.
• Tender Request Fees: The ZMW 3.00 Direct Sourcing Tender fee is utilized immediately upon tender dispatch to broadcast requirements across hundreds of vetted suppliers and is strictly non-refundable once published.

To protect participants against spam, off-platform solicitations, price manipulation, and unprofessional interactions, all communications within the Direct Sourcing Tender Board are structured strictly through programmatic data fields:

• Key-Value Specifications: Clients establish binding quality requirements using dynamic key-value attributes (e.g. Color: Pure White, Moisture: Max 12.5%, Packaging: 50kg Poly Bags).
• Zero Free-Text Chat: Neither party may send unverified conversational messages. Suppliers submit structured bids including exact price per unit, available volume, dispatch timelines, and confirm adherence to each client specification.
• Transparent Offer Selection: Clients review competitive quotations side-by-side on their dashboard and execute single-click binding acceptance into escrow.

• Real Commodity Photography: Suppliers must upload authentic, compressed photos of actual stock currently located at their depots or cooperative warehouses. Stock photos or misrepresentative imagery will result in delisting.
• Accurate Inventory Reporting: Suppliers must not list speculative or unavailable volumes. Declining or defaulting on accepted orders damages supplier platform standing and may trigger temporary depot de-indexing.

Every commercial consignment adheres to a rigorous chronological progression:

• Stage 1 (Paid - Preparing): Escrow deposited; supplier prepares stock, weighs bags, and stages consignment at loading bay within 24–48 hours.
• Stage 2 (Staged at Loading Bay): Consignment packaged; carrier assigned; pre-departure inspection checklist verified.
• Stage 3 (Dispatched & In Transit): Physical loading bay handshake verified by driver; GPS companion tracking activated on the Great North Road or regional corridor.
• Stage 4 (Arrived at Corridor Hub / Destination): Transporter reports arrival in destination city; consignee notified for immediate offloading and moisture testing.
• Stage 5 (Delivered & Confirmed): Consignee conducts weigh-in, verifies bag count and quality specs, and performs digital acceptance sign-off. Escrow released to supplier and transporter.

• Cargo Protection: Transporters are required to provide heavy-duty waterproof tarpaulins, functional cargo strapping, and clean, dry truck beds suitable for food-grade grain or industrial goods.
• In-Transit Security: Transporters bear responsibility for cargo loss or unauthorized diversion resulting from negligence, unpermitted route deviation, or failure to broadcast required GPS telemetry.
• Handover Gatepass: Transporters must ensure loading bay departure forms are digitally counter-signed by depot managers before rolling out onto the highway.

• Grade Warranty: The supplier warrants that all commodities loaded conform fully to declared moisture, purity, and grain count criteria.
• Bagging Compliance: If 50kg polypropylene or 1-metric-ton jumbo bags are specified, bags must be robust, cleanly stitched, and free of punctures or contamination.

These policies and all agreements executed hereunder are governed exclusively by the Laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any irreconcilable dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to consignment fulfillment, cargo quality, transit delays, or escrow payouts shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 19 of 2000 of the Republic of Zambia, seated in Kasama, Northern Province, Zambia.
