User Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with the Meta / Facebook Platform Policy and data privacy principles, JNK Core Supply Chain provides full transparency and tools for users to delete their account and associated data at any time.
Self-Service Account & Data Deletion in Client Portal
If you have a registered account (logged in via Facebook, Google, or Email/Password), you can immediately wipe your personal profile and delete your account from within your secure portal:
- Sign in to your account at login.html or open your Client Portal.
- Click on the ⚙️ Account & Privacy tab in your portal navigation.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "🗑️ Delete Account & Wipe Data" button.
- Confirm the deletion in the verification dialog.
- Your account credentials, stored profile documents, and personal identifiers will be immediately and permanently removed from our live database.
Delete Data via Facebook Profile Settings
If you created your account using Facebook Login and wish to disconnect the JNK Core application and trigger a data removal request:
- Open your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the left sidebar, select Apps and Websites.
- Find and click on JNK Core Supply Chain.
- Click the Remove button.
- To request that JNK Core delete all data received from Facebook, click View Removed Apps and Websites and click Send Request.
Submit a Manual Data Deletion Request
If you are unable to access your portal or prefer our Data Governance Team to manually process your deletion, you can email our Privacy Officer directly:

Manual requests are verified and processed within 24 to 48 business hours, and a formal deletion confirmation notice is dispatched to your email address.
What Data is Deleted vs. Retained
- User profile name, phone number, and email.
- Authentication tokens and social login IDs.
- Saved delivery addresses and GPS pinpoints.
- Unfulfilled draft tenders and sourcing requests.
- Communication preferences and notification logs.
- Completed fiscal tax invoices required by the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) under Zambian tax laws.
- Completed financial transaction logs required for fraud prevention and audit compliance.
